What data we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
Fyher, 19 rue Saint-Grégoire, 50170 Servon, France (SIREN 802 928 986) is the controller of the data collected through this site.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the order form, plus enough to understand where your request came from:

We also keep the amount paid, the date, and your EU VAT number if you provide one, in order to issue your invoice.
Why we process it
- To fulfil your order — run the audit and deliver the report. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To meet our accounting obligations — invoicing and record keeping. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To reply to you if you write to us. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
What is never sent to the AIs
An important point, given what we do: the questions we put to AI assistants never contain your name, your brand, your email address or any personal information. This is a requirement of our methodology — a question naming you would distort the measurement — and it has the side effect that none of your data passes through the model providers.
Who else has access
Our technical processors, each for the stated purpose only:
- Supabase — database hosting (European Union)
- Netlify — site hosting (United States)
- Stripe — payment and invoicing (United States, Ireland)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (United States)
- PostHog — audience measurement, hosted in the European Union
Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
For how long
- Unpaid requests: 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.
- Clients: 3 years after the end of the business relationship for contact data.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by French commercial law.
- Audit reports and measurement data: 3 years, so we can provide a comparison if you order a follow-up audit.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. Write to contact@fyher.com: we respond within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with your own national authority.
Audience measurement
We measure site usage with PostHog, hosted in the European Union. It is configured to be as unobtrusive as possible:
- no cookie is set and nothing is written to your browser: measurement data does not survive closing the tab;
- no session recording — we never film your browsing or what you type into the form;
- no cross-site tracking: we do not know where you came from or where you go next, beyond the page that brought you here;
- we measure steps — page viewed, form started, field in error, payment completed — not people.
What we do with it: understand where visitors drop off, so we can fix what blocks them. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. The only cookie set remembers your language choice; it is strictly necessary for the site to function and therefore does not require your prior consent.
